- Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Should possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
- Experience in sales preferred; however, freshers are also welcome.
- Must have good communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned premium targets and number of policy sales.
- Ensure minimum 70% activation of assigned Channel Partners.
- Execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets for designated partners.
- Conduct sales planning and identify training needs.
- Manage and support existing channel partners to enhance productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to retain and grow business.
