This opportunity involves sourcing and managing Micro Loan Against Property (LAP), Micro Housing, and Micro Finance products ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹5 lakhs. Candidates should possess strong fieldwork ethics, customer engagement skills, and a sound understanding of financial services.
📌 Key Responsibilities
For Micro Finance Sales Officer:
- Develop a steady pipeline of eligible Micro Finance customers.
- Encourage enrollment into recurring deposit schemes.
- Ensure first-time-right loan documentation and disbursement.
- Meet monthly disbursement and repayment targets.
For Relationship Manager – MLAP / Mortgages:
- Source and convert leads for Micro LAP and Micro Housing loans.
- Conduct income assessments via personal discussions and field visits.
- Complete end-to-end loan documentation and track until disbursement.
- Monitor repayments and ensure customer satisfaction post-loan.
✅ Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in Banks/NBFCs/Housing Finance (preferably in Micro Finance or LAP).
- Languages: Fluency in the regional language; working knowledge of English.
- Skills: Field sales, customer handling, basic Excel, and email communication.
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Com preferred); MBA or PG is an added advantage.
