InHire is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Associate – InSide Sale / Tele caller in Namakkal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive career guidance and counseling services to prospective students interested in pursuing banking-related training programs offered by HBS – InHire.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Career Counseling: Provide personalized career guidance and counseling to individuals interested in pursuing banking training programs. Assess their educational background, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable courses offered by InHire.

2. Telecalling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in InHire’s programs. Engage in informative conversations to address their queries, promote our courses, and encourage enrollment.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students. Address their concerns and provide accurate information about InHire’s programs, admission process, fees, and other relevant details.

4. Follow-up: Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and facilitate enrollment. Provide ongoing support and assistance to students throughout the admission process.

5. Collaboration: Coordinate with the admissions team and other departments to streamline the enrollment process and ensure a seamless experience for students.

Salary : Upto 3 LPA + Incentives

Work Location : Namakkal

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A background in counseling, education, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or a similar role.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and build rapport effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Enthusiasm for the education sector and a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their career goals.
