Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join Equitas Small Finance Bank as Sales Officer/Executive in the Vehicle Loans division. This role involves generating business through quality customer sourcing, dealer networks, and market references while ensuring excellent service and strict compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a steady pipeline of loan applications from quality customers via direct sourcing, dealers, and market references.
- Manage customer relationships effectively and professionally.
- Ensure timely and accurate loan documentation following the ‘First Time Right’ principle.
- Cross-sell additional products such as Savings/Current Accounts, Term Deposits, and FASTag (as applicable).
- Maintain 100% compliance with company policies, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Prior experience in vehicle loans or banking sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel locally for business development
