Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and results-driven professionals to join our Banca Channel team in partnership with South Indian Bank. This role involves fulfilling leads, prospecting new business, and closing sales in the salary segment, with a focus on protection and annuity products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads during account openings or customer service calls.
- Build strong relationships with Cluster Heads and bank staff to promote Max Life offerings.
- Organize worksite activities like stalls, presentations, and events.
- Engage HNI clients for personalized, one-on-one selling.
- Ensure timely policy issuance and follow up post-sales.
- Promote life insurance awareness and achieve target penetration for annuity & protection plans.
- Encourage bank staff participation in Reward & Recognition programs.
- Train bank staff regularly on Max Life products.
Measures of Success
- Growth in Adjusted MFYP (Modal First Year Premium)
- Number of policies sold
- Reduction in business leakage and cancellations
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of insurance experience preferred
- Proficiency in English & regional language (mandatory)
- Age: 21–28 years
- Own conveyance preferred
